Due to variables in plastic and foil formulations, subtle color changes can occur beyond our control. Therefore, perfect color matches cannot be guaranteed. Colors should be selected from a current color chip or product sample due to batch variations.

Material: Hard High Impact Polystyrene plastic.
Price Includes: One plastic color, one raised print color and hanger/easel.
Plaques are individually poly-bagged.

Five year tags for each plaque are available upon request at no extra cost. Choose either single or double year tags.

Year tag size is: 1/2" x 1-3/4"

Attachments: Wall hanger and / or pull-out easel.
Minimum height is 2-3/4" with easel only, no hanger. Minimum height is 3-1/4" with combination easel & hanger.

Maximum size: 6" x 16"
